Vendor Information

We are thrilled to invite local and regional vendors to downtown for Palouse Days!

Palouse Days is held on the second Saturday in September in downtown Palouse, Washington. We welcome street vendors to our world-famous small town festivities. All vendors are subject to the following guidelines:

  • No vendor fees are required.

  • Business and non-profit vendors are welcome.

  • All vendor spaces are first come, first served.

  • Food handling permits and business licenses are solely the responsibility of vendors. Palouse Chamber of Commerce and the City of Palouse have no responsibility with regard to vendor legal obligations.

  • Vendors can occupy 10'x10' spaces, which will not be specifically assigned but are subject to "Good Neighbor" practices.

  • Vendors should ask business owners before placing a booth in front of local businesses.

  • Vendors must maintain 6-10' of space between other booth for maximum accessibility and flow. Please do not block any sidewalk ramps.

  • Vendor Set-Up is 7:30 - 9:00 AM. Vehicle access to Main Street will be limited due to parade barricades after 8:00 AM.

  • Vendors are responsible for all equipment including tables, chairs, pop-up tents, and adequate weights for windy conditions.

  • Power is available from the City of Palouse at some locations on a first come, first served basis. Vendors needing power must verify it is available and functioning at their planned location prior to the event. Vendors are also responsible for ensuring any extension cords meet safety requirements.

  • Vendor booths (and signage) should be located in designated areas with consideration to neighboring booths, businesses, storefronts, street barriers, and parade access.

  • Vendor Booths can be set up on the south side of Main Street (please not on North side of street) - on sidewalks and on the street in spaces marked diagonal parking spots - in the two blocks between Division Street and Hall Street.

  • Vendors should plan to be open 9:30a- 3:00p. (You may stay later if you wish.) Streets and car access will be closed from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Parade starts at 10:00 am.
